Who am I?
Having practiced yoga for over fourteen years, I have experienced the transformative power of the practice, for mind, body and soul. I feel so passionate about yoga and its very tangible benefits. Teaching yoga always felt like a natural progression to follow in my life, and I really value the opportunity to help people with their practice.
I believe that yoga doesn’t have to be something illusive and unattainable. I strive to guide students and create a space where we can simply connect with our internal world, slow the mind and release stagnation in the body. By beginning with Pranayama and visualisation before gradually building a flow of Prana, I aim to help student leave the session feeling their nervous system has been cleansed and the body strengthened and renewed. I feel yoga is for everyone and can benefit everyone. I am was deeply moved by Yoga NIDRA when I discovered it and found it to be an incredible tool for healing. I have trained 200hrs Vinyasa Flow and 50hrs Yoga NIDRA.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga, hot Yoga, Hatha and Yoga NIDRA. I offer one off or block studio session and private sessions.
My teacher was Michelle Young who lineage follows Shanti Kelly, Richard Miller and Annie Carpenter.
